How we work……
Building natural pools is our passion and we treat every project as if it was in our own garden, we offer a “one stop shop” for the entire process, from initial consultation and design through to final completion of the plantation zone. Help with ongoing maintenance may also be required and we are happy to add this service for you.
We also offer a part-build service – we still carry out the design and some of the core elements of the construction (in particular the installation of the water aeration system), but you or local contractors can carry out other construction components, such as excavation.

Initial Design Discussion
This is the initial stage which is essentially sharing information between ourselves and our customers. We like to work face to face as much as possible but we find the best way to kick off any dialogue is through an initial phone/video conversation, this gives both you and the Cotswold Natural Pools team an opportunity to ask any initial questions.
Following this, typically, a site visit would follow where further details could be discussed and a real “feel” for the project will start to develop. When both parties are clear and aligned to “the vision” an initial estimate can be presented by the Cotswold Natural Pools team.

Build
As with any building project the size and complexity can have an impact on the time it takes to build your natural pool. Whilst speed is always important to customers we like to ensure a high quality end product every time and sometimes this takes time – remember this pool will probably be with you forever!
The construction stage will most likely take 10-16 weeks to complete depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Maintenance
Many people like to spend time looking after their natural pool themselves. However here at Cotswold Natural Pools we also offer a maintenance plan which can be as often or infrequent as you need, all we need to do is discuss your requirements and align to a plan. As a minimum we would advise that one of our team visits at least once a year to check on the pond’s development and its equipment.
